The ABA/ Early intervention team at Progress Speech and Language consists a team of Interventionists who are overseen by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Early Intervention supervisor. Our BCBA and our ABA/Early intervention team members are experienced in working with pediatric patients and their family members to manage challenging behaviors and promote skill buildings. Utilizing the evidence based science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and coaching model, in which the principles of the analysis of behavior are applied systematically to improve socially significant behavior and experimentation is used to identify the variables responsible for behavior change. In the coaching model, our therapy team will empower caregivers to provide therapy to their own child as a therapy partner. Our ABA team is here to help your child to conquer the barriers and to help your child to reach his/her fullest potential.
